Will my board, employer, or HR department know?
Only if you decide to tell them. Nothing is reported to anyone, nothing enters an insurance record, and a sponsored engagement shares only confirmation of completion, with your written permission.
How quickly can this start?
The free consultation is usually within days, and your evaluation is scheduled within 7 days of completed intake, including weekend dates.
Can you work with several leaders in one organization?
Yes, by arrangement. Each leader has a separate, fully confidential engagement, and the organization receives one consolidated invoice.
Is a strategy consultation the same as therapy?
No. Strategy consultations are focused, practical sessions about decisions at work: what to disclose, what to ask for, how to say it, and what to do if the response is poor. If ongoing therapy would serve you better, Dr. Burgoyne will say so and refer you.
